DIN6334 Hex Coupling Nut

DIN 6334 Hex Coupling Nuts are long hex nuts with internal machine screw threads. Their length is about three times their nominal size (denoted as ~3d); for example, an M8 coupling nut is 24 mm long. Used to couple two like-sized externally threaded fasteners, such as hanger bolts with threaded rod, they sometimes function as spacers and standoffs because of their long length. Both ends have right-hand threads and coarse pitch is standard. Available in Class 6 steel and stainless steel; steel is zinc plated. Thread tolerance for plated nuts is 6H.
